The mock UTME will be held on April 5, 2025, and the main examination will take place from April 25, 2025, to May 5, 2025. Candidates wishing to register for the UTME with the mock exam will pay ₦8,200, while those opting for the UTME only will pay ₦7,200.
The application fee for UTME/Direct Entry candidates is ₦3,500, with additional charges for reading texts, CBT centre registration, and mock exams.
Prof. Oloyede also noted that candidates under 16 years old can participate in a mock exam designed to assess their abilities before the main exam. However, candidates must be at least 16 years old on or before September 30, 2025, to be eligible for admission. Exceptionally brilliant candidates under 15 years old may be considered if they score at least 280 in the UTME and perform exceptionally well in their Senior Secondary Certificate and post-UTME examinations.
