United States President, Donald Trump expressed his frustration with Israel and Iran on Tuesday morning after the two warring parties violated his ceasefire agreement hours after declaring a ceasefire.

The Middle East’s arch rivals had earlier indicated they were complying with an apparent ceasefire agreement he announced just hours earlier, but Israel then accused Iran of launching more missiles and vowed to retaliate.  Trump apparently disappointed with both parties ordered Israel to comply with the ceasefire agreement and not retaliate.

Donald Trump was reported to have posted a message on his social media handle saying that he had spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the phone, and that Israel “is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly ‘Plane Wave’ to Iran. Nobody will be hurt, the Ceasefire is in effect! Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Mr. Trump, on his way to the Netherlands for a NATO summit, told reporters on Air Force One that he did not want to see regime change in Iran, and that he had made that point in his call with Netanyahu.
