Binani Air has announced the commencement of ticket sales ahead of its inaugural flight scheduled for May 10, 2027, describing the move as a major milestone for Nigeria’s aviation sector and a step toward job creation. The announcement was made in a statement by Arit Effanga, head of corporate communications, who noted that the development signals the airline’s transition from vision to full operations.
Quoting the Chief Executive Officer, Aminatu Dahiru Chiroma, Effanga said, “The commencement of ticket sales represents more than just access to flights – it reflects the airline’s readiness to deliver a new standard of air travel in Nigeria. Opening our ticket sales is a defining moment for us. It is the point at which our commitment becomes real for the travelling public. From this moment, we are not just preparing to fly—we are preparing to serve.”
