President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday depart Abuja for London for medical treatment en route Kenya, where he hopes to attend the commemoration of the golden anniversary of the United Nations Environmental Programme, UNEP, taking place in Kenya.
The UNEP event holds on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2022.
The president is expected to leave Kenya for London for a two week medical treatment.
In a statement on Sunday, the president’s spokesman, Femi Adesina said Buhari’s trip to Kenya is purely on an invitation extended to him by his Kenyan counterpart, Uhuru Kenyatta.
