Gas explosion has occurred at Isheri-Olofin, a suburb of Lagos around Igando on Lagos State University, LASU, Road.
The explosion which happened early hours of Thursday, December 5, is suspected to be yet another pipe-line vandalisation. This has elicited a wave of panic among residents, who are reportedly fleeing in all directions
Officials of the FRSC have advised residents to stay calm assuring that they are on top of the situation, as security personnel have been deployed to the scene.
As at the time of this report, the casualty from the fire could not be readily ascertained.
